♥ Labor and Birth Doula package
As a DONA International trained Birth Doula, I support the laboring mother and her partner. I’ll advocate for the family and provide education to make sure that you feel well prepared and informed. I’ll provide emotional and physical comfort to ensure that you have the best birthing experience possible, whether in the home, birth center, or hospital.
♥ Virtual Labor and Birth Doula package
COVID-19 has changed the way birth happens in hospitals and some birth centers. During your prenatal meetings I'll teach you what to expect during labor and birth, how you and your support person can advocate for yourself, the right questions to ask and when to ask them. I'll teach your support person how to provide you emotional and physical support.
♥ Private Childbirth Education class
Are you a new parent or in need of a refresher course on what to expect during your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum period? Well, you've got it. I craft customized lessons specifically for you and your needs and concerns. During the class we'll discuss your third trimester, your labor and birth, the importance of your postpartum period, and breastfeeding.
♥ Birth Planning
Are you a planner? Are you used to organizing every occasion in your life, but you don't know where to start in planning for your birth? Have you started your birth plan, but don't really understand the terminology that you're seeing online? Let me help you plan for your best birth experience.
♥ TENS Unit Rental
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is a small, handheld device that can be used to emit mild bursts of electricity through the skin. This helps stimulate the nerve fibers and can work to help block pain signals in labor.
♥ Postpartum Doula Package

Your sibling doula will care for, feed, diaper, entertain and be present for your child(ren) and offer support while understanding the imminent change to occur for the family.

Testimonials
"Jessica is truly a gem. She was a great support system during my pregnancy and put my mind at ease whenever I experienced different symptoms I wasn't familiar with. She made sure that I was comfortable during my labor/delivery and that my room was a calming environment. Post-natal she supported my breast feeding efforts and educated me on different feeding positions as well as tools to make the experience easier. All in all she was a wonderful support system and I look forward to utilizing her services in the future." - D. Johnson
"I had a wonderful birth experience with Jessica as my doula. Jessica was there all the way with guidance, support and assuring me that my body is capable. She’s very patient, calm, and sincere. I would highly recommend her, she’s great." - J. Ellis
"Towards the end of my 36th week I very suddenly developed preeclampsia and had to be induced; throwing much of our original birth plan out the window. The on-call doula, Jess, came to work with us and even though we had never met before, she was an instant calming presence and was extremely knowledgeable about inductions. It was a brutal experience for me and my husband as this was our first baby and we didn't know what to expect with an induction. Jess taught us many comfort methods and was a great support person for my husband as well. We were so close to asking for a c-section but she helped talk us out of it and gave us much needed perspective on how the labor was going. She also came to visit a few days after the birth and helped shape our perspective." - A. Hockenbury
"I am so thankful that I decided to have a doula for my second birth! Jessica was a great asset to have with me doing the last part of my pregnancy. She helped my husband and I prepare for labor and birth and gave us tools we actually used. When it came to labor, she physically helped take some of the intensity away of the contractions and was a calming presence. She was very vocal at the hospital and I felt like she was a great advocate for me. Jessica was very understanding of where I was and what I needed during our time together. I'd recommend her services to those in need. Thanks again Jessica!" - N. Foster-Ngove
